The service was good. The experience was positive. The guy was punctual and he did the job well. He pointed out things, which I felt was wrong with the garage door and it wasn't, so he didn't rip me off. He seemed to be very good guy. It was a good company."

Carlos  arrived exactly on time and was very professional. He inspected the door and then made detailed comments to me. He pointed out that he could hear the ball bearings as the garage door went up and down. (I could too once he pointed that out to me.) He said that the rollers did not have to be replaced right away, but it was a sign of wear. He said that it would sound much better if he replaced the rollers with new ones and quoted a reasonable price for the replacement during this visit. I told him that he could do the work, but if it didn’t sound any better, he had to take off the new rollers, put the old rollers back on, and not charge me anything. I was impressed with his confidence and his willingness to go along with the wager. So he put new rollers on the door, and it really sounded much better. He was right, and I paid him what he had quoted me. My husband immediately noticed the difference when he came home later in the day. It was a great experience. I liked Carlos  demeanor and thought he did a great job. I’ll definitely use him again
